Karos Counseling may accept eligible Anthem plans for therapy services. Participation depends on the state, specific product, network, and benefits attached to your plan.
Not every Anthem product or network is necessarily in-network. Plan information can be reviewed before the first paid session, while the insurer determines final claims and benefits.
Keep your member ID, plan name, and customer-service number available for verification.
Outpatient therapy is available for teens and adults, with support for anxiety, low mood, ADHD-related challenges, intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and athlete mental performance. Current telehealth and other options depend on location and circumstances.
Private pay may be available, and eligible clients may request a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by the plan and is not guaranteed. Copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and allowed amounts can affect your cost.
