Karos Counseling may accept eligible Blue Cross Blue Shield plans for therapy services. Participation depends on the state, specific product, network, and benefits attached to your plan.
Being contracted with a carrier does not mean every Blue Cross Blue Shield plan is in-network. Plan information can be reviewed before the first paid session, but the insurer ultimately determines how claims and benefits are processed.
Have the member ID, plan name, and customer-service number from your card available when asking about coverage.
Karos Counseling offers outpatient therapy for teens and adults, including support for anxiety, low mood, ADHD-related challenges, intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and athlete mental performance. Telehealth and other current options depend on location and circumstances.
Private-pay therapy may be available, and eligible clients may request a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by the plan and is not guaranteed. Copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and allowed amounts can affect what you pay.
